Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital products (eBooks) sold by Neigon - COURTEL ALWIN (Auto-entrepreneur), a sole proprietorship registered in France. By purchasing our eBooks, you agree to this policy.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once an eBook is delivered to your email or made available for download, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any eBook purchases, except in cases explicitly required by law (see Exceptions below).

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

Defective or Non-Delivered Products: If the eBook file is corrupted, incomplete, or undelivered due to a technical error on our part.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity (French Law): If the eBook does not match the description provided on our website or is unusable for its intended purpose.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above:

- Contact us at contact@neigon.com within 14 days of purchase.

- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.

- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by French law and complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
